The 3rd edition of the Alex In Movieland Awards is on its way, with just a couple more movies for me to see.


Previous top winners were Let the Right One In (2008) and Precious (2009).

    sorry, I didn't see City Island. didn't make the list. :)

    truth is, as I'll post when it's time, the recommendations I read this year from 3 bloggers (Andrew, Guy Lodge, Kris Tapley), 3 films I would've probably not seen: I hated 2 of them and was annoyed by the 3rd. :))


    there are gonna be 70-something films in contention, mostly critics & awards darlings, because you know I usually stay away from things very commercial. :)
